Cooling coils: The coils are made of aluminum tubes (8\10\12mm variable pitch), arranged in staggered rows to reduce the wind side resistance. The fins are formed by high-speed stamping of aluminum foil and tightly wrapped in the coils through a mechanical expansion process to reduce contact resistance and increase heat transfer efficiency.

 

Axial flow fan: According to the needs of the use of the net cover or the air-guiding simple direct air supply of the country with the flow fan, with a dedicated fan motor to ensure low humidity

 

Normal operation in warm state.

 

Defrosting mode: choose water-flooding cream, electric heating defrosting or hydro-electricity defrosting. The water flushing method consists of a perforated cloth pipe or sieve plate to form a cream-spraying and water-spraying system. The water distribution is uniform and the defrosting effect is good. The electric defrosting cream uses a U-shaped tubular electric heating pipe with strong insulation and is uniformly distributed on the fan fins. Between coils, the heat transfer is even and the defrosting time is short.

 

Pressure test: All products are subjected to a 24-hour 2.OMpa pressure test. After the pressure test, the tube is cleaned to remove the oil, moisture, and scale inside the tube to ensure the internal cleanliness of the tube.
