Description

Performance characteristics

Cold storage refrigeration system several different cooling methods

Water-cooled condenser: compact structure, but fast decay, not too high efficiency, but also need to configure the circulating water system. Not suitable for water shortage areas and low temperature areas, the winter water system is prone to freezing, the failure rate is high, suitable for occasions with large condensation load and high ambient temperature.

　　Air-cooled condenser: reliable performance, slightly higher cost than water, high operating pressure, and the simplest operation and maintenance installation. Suitable for areas lacking water resources.

Evaporative condenser: It integrates the condenser, water pump, cooling tower, pump room and circulating water tank. It has a compact structure, a small area of investment, convenient use and maintenance, stable performance, obvious water saving and energy saving, and low operating pressure. Energy-saving than air-cooled, water-cooled than water-saving.

Comprehensive comparison of the total power consumption of evaporative condensers, water-cooled condensers, and cooling towers (cooling compressor power consumption + fan power consumption + circulating pump power consumption) can save electricity by 17%. Evaporative condensers are commonly used in new cold storage facilities.
